Amersfoort Heiligenbergerbeek
A walkway under a road bridge, connecting the banks on both sides of the road. This allows animals to continue their route along the water. You can see hedgehogs, martens, cats and brown rats here.
Muskrat?
Since muskrat has been mentioned I doubt every time.
I do see clearly visible ears sticking out. I'm going for a brown rat, but not entirely sure either.
Muskrat is a lot bigger still. I think brown rat. With one eye and shortened tail.
