Amersfoort Heiligenbergerbeek
A walkway under a road bridge, connecting the banks on both sides of the road. This allows animals to continue their route along the water. You can see hedgehogs, martens, cats and brown rats here.
Brown rat
I see that the animal in the video is confirmed as a brown rat. Now I do think this is very small for a rat + in my opinion too short a tail.
